Create and launch your first LinkedIn outreach campaign in 5 minutes.

This guide walks you through creating your first outreach campaign — from finding leads to sending personalized connection requests.

Before you begin

Make sure you have:

  • The BeReach extension installed and connected
  • A LinkedIn account open in the same browser

Create your first campaign

  1. Open the dashboard

    Go to app.bereach.com and click "New Campaign" in the top right.

  2. Choose a campaign type

    Select Connection Request for your first campaign. You can add follow-up messages later.

    Start simple

    For your first campaign, keep it to a connection request with a short note. You can always add more steps later.

  3. Add your prospects

    You have several ways to add leads:

    • LinkedIn Search — paste a LinkedIn search URL
    • Sales Navigator — import from a saved lead list
    • CSV Upload — upload a spreadsheet with LinkedIn profile URLs
  4. Write your message

    Write a personalized connection note. Use variables to make each message unique:

    Available variables:

    firstName
    string

    The prospect's first name from their LinkedIn profile.

    lastName
    string

    The prospect's last name.

    company
    string

    Their current company name.

    industry
    string

    The industry listed on their profile.

  5. Set your schedule

    Configure when the campaign should run:

    • Working hours only — recommended to appear more natural
    • Daily limit — start with 20-30 per day, then gradually increase
    • Timezone — matches your LinkedIn profile timezone

    Don't rush it

    LinkedIn monitors connection request patterns. Starting slow and gradually increasing your daily limit is the safest approach.

  6. Launch!

    Review your campaign settings and click "Start Campaign". The extension will begin sending connection requests during your configured schedule.

What happens next

Once your campaign is running:

  1. Monitor progress in the dashboard — see acceptance rates, replies, and pending requests
  2. Check your inbox for new conversations from accepted connections
  3. Adjust your messaging based on what's working
